I’ll guide you to a comfortable position, and we’ll start with a brief chat to understand how you’re feeling and what you’re hoping to achieve.


During the session, I’ll place my hands gently on or above specific areas of your body, allowing the Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed.


You don’t need to do anything—just relax and let the energy work.


Many people report feeling intense heat from my hands, tingling, or deep relaxation during their session.

I believe in making healing accessible for everyone, so I offer both in-person sessions at The Reiki One in Alderley Edge and online sessions for those who can’t visit in person.
